Dr. Keith Warr has over 30 years of experience in the dental field and proudly upholds a 30-year tradition of quality care and patient comfort. He has completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and also provides family dental services.

Dr. Keith Warr has been appointed Deputy Regent for District XIIII of the International College of Dentists (ICD). This professional organization is the largest international honorary dental group. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and is granted in recognition of a dentist's "outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind." As Deputy Regent, Dr. Warr will oversee the operation and organization of the International College within the state of Utah. There are currently 58 Utah dentists who are Fellows in the ICD. Andy has been a dental hygienist for 10 years after studying at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. He enjoys helping patients feel at ease during their cleanings and sharing tips that make oral care simple at home. When he's not in the office, Andy likes to cook, try out new drink recipes, and spend time with his golden doodle, Georgie.

Originally from Myton Utah. Received her Associates in Dental Hygiene degree from Colorado Northwestern Community College. She has been in the dental field since she was 17 years old and has been a Dental hygienist for 8 years. She is passionate about aiding her patients in having optimal oral hygiene, and loves building relationships with them at the same time.

Meet Alysa

Originally from Nevada, Alysa started her dental journey 18 years ago when she decided to go to school to become a hygienist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene at Utah College of Dental Hygiene in Orem, UT. She enjoys making a difference in her patients lives.

Meet Lainee

Born in Southern Utah, Lainee recognized early on the importance of having a good smile while dancing as part of several competitive dance teams. Her love of dance ultimately brought her to The University of Utah where she is currently majoring in Dance Education.

Meet Amanda

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Amanda developed an early interest in dentistry through her best friend's mom, who was a hygienist. She always enjoyed going to the dentist as a child and loved the feeling of freshly cleaned teeth. That positive experience stayed with her and eventually inspired her to pursue a career in dental assisting.
