Dr. Keith N. Warr

Dr. Keith Warr has over 30 years of experience in the dental field and proudly upholds a 30-year tradition of quality care and patient comfort. He has completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and also provides family dental services.

Dr. Keith Warr has been appointed Deputy Regent for District XIIII of the International College of Dentists (ICD). This professional organization is the largest international honorary dental group. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and is granted in recognition of a dentist's "outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind." As Deputy Regent, Dr. Warr will oversee the operation and organization of the International College within the state of Utah. There are currently 58 Utah dentists who are Fellows in the ICD. She has a passion for health and loves equipping patients with the knowledge they need. When not serving her patients, she loves to ski, rock climb, travel and experience new things.

Logan is originally from Nashville, TN. She earned her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from the University of Tennessee in 2013 and has been practicing ever since! She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health. Outside of work, Logan enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and spending time with her husband Keith and their two dogs, Bailey and Juno.

Bergen has been a dental assistant for over three years. She loves dental assisting and has a passion for helping people. Nicole is a California native who has lived in great places like Arizona and Michigan. Nicole has recently moved back to the Salt Lake area. She loves traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

When not serving patients, she loves traveling, camping, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their two cats!

Beyond the dental field, Lexi enjoys the outdoors, from scenic hikes to leisurely dog walks. She is a culinary enthusiast and loves to cook. She is committed to fostering oral health and embracing life's diverse experiences.

David enjoys getting to know the patients at Warr Dental as he prepares to attend dental school. When not serving patients, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, singing and playing the guitar, being outdoors, and trying new foods!
