Cosmetic dentist Dr. Keith N. Warr, DDS is part
of a 50-year Salt Lake City, Utah tradition of family dental comfort and care started by his father in 1957. As a 1996 graduate of the Creighton University School of Dentistry, he has dedicated his professional career to providing you with the best that cosmetic dentistry has to offer. Dr. Warr is continually educating himself and his staff on the newest dental techniques and approaches in order to offer you state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care.

In his continuing education, Dr. Keith N. Warr, DDS has completed numerous courses in cosmetic dentistry including advanced crown and bridge, restorative dentistry, neuromuscular TMJ therapy, and endodontics (root canal therapy). In addition, Dr. Warr is a member of the American Dental Association and the Utah Dental Association and is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Utah Department of Dental Education. Dr. Warr has also been inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an International Honor Dental Organization.

As an LVI Preferred Cosmetic Dentist, Dr. Warr is one of only 5% of cosmetic dentists in the country trained in this specific art of doing Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry.
This includes all-porcelain crowns and veneers, tooth-colored fillings, state-of-the-art tooth whitening and instant orthodontics to reshape teeth, close spaces and correct poor alignment.
