Family Dentistry - Dr. Warr's Staff

Dr. Keith Warr and his staff are continuing an exceptional family dentistry practice that has spanned 50 years. The tradition of providing patients with exceptional dentistry started in 1957 by his father, Dr. Newell Warr, and has continued with Dr. Keith Warr for 11 years. Dr. Warr’s primary concern is to provide you with a personalized, pleasant cosmetic dentistry experience so you will never hesitate to address any of your dental or oral health needs.

Dr. Warr and the staff believe in practicing preventative dentistry. We have all worked hard to provide our patients with the best products and services currently available. Our goals are to provide you with a comfortable, relaxing environment, and the best-planned and best-delivered dental services possible. We want to exceed your expectations!

Dental Assistant
Katie Adams

Katie Adams is originally from Fruit Heights Utah. She attended Davis High School, following; Dixie College along with Weber State. She has been with Warr Dental for about two years. She loves her job and enjoys the friendships of her co-workers along with the many patients she cares for. Outside of work she loves anything to do with the outdoors. She has a 1yr old Golden Retriever named Sam that goes everywhere with her, especially on her long runs during the weekend. She has a passion for snow skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Come spring/summer she enjoys water sports along with mountain biking.

Dental Assistant
Nicole Rashleger

Nicole brings a fresh and caring energy to patients at Warr Dental. Originally from the San Francisco area, she graduated from dental school at Eaglegate College and has been living in Park City since 1995. “The greatest reward I get from working at Warr Dental is know that I am helping my patients by offering truly world-class dentistry. Whether it’s helping them eat more comfortably or giving them a gorgeous smile, I know we make a difference in their lives.”

The youngest of five children, Nicole loves traveling and has visited most of the Western US, and really looks forward seeing you at your next visit to Warr Dental.

Hygienist
Jenn Berrett

Jenn is blessed to be the mother of three beautiful children and a loving husband. Her hobbies include vacationing with her family, scrap booking the memories, attending her sons and husband’s soccer games, shopping with her little daughter and girls night out. When she is not playing the role of Mother/Wife she enjoys working a couple days a week as a Dental Hygienist. Jenn has been working in different capacities of dentistry for the past 13 years. She graduated from SLCC nine years ago, and has been fortunate to be working at Warr Dental for the past 7 ½ years. She values the quality of dentistry and preventative care that is offered here. She also enjoys building longtime friendships with the patients she serves and looks forward to many more years to come.

Hygienist

Chelsea Hacking is originally from Orem, Utah and is excited to be back in Utah after five years of living in Colorado. Chelsea did her pre-dental hygiene course work at UVSC, her clinical dental hygiene work at Sheridan College in Sheridan, Wyoming and finished her Bachelor’s degree through the University of Wyoming. Chelsea practiced dental hygiene in Boulder, Colorado for five years before moving back to Salt Lake City in May of 2006. Chelsea has thoroughly enjoyed working at Warr Dental and being a part of such a progressive, patient centered practice. When Chelsea is not working she loves to travel especially to destinations by water. Chelsea loves independent film and is excited to be back in Utah for the Sundance Film Festival each year.

Warr Dental Office Manager

Heather Nielsen’s years of experience in the customer service industry provides Warr Dental with a strong foundation. Heather has worked in retail for over twelve years. These years of experience have taught her that the client and their needs come first. It is Heather’s philosophy that service of the highest quality be Warr Dental’s first priority. It is her hope and expectation that while you are at Warr Dental your needs are met promptly and professionally, and always with care and sensitivity.

Heather joins Warr Dental after spending six years as the General Manager of Harold’s. During her time there, Heather led her store to achieve national recognition due to it’s highest grossing sales in the country. She also received the Number One Best Customer Service Award four years in a row. It is Heather’s eye for detail and her strong commitment to service that has brought her such success.

Heather is married to photographer Skylar Nielsen. They have a delightful dog named Ruby. Heather is passionate about her work, her home, and her family. Her hobbies include literature, art, fashion and gardening.
